1st Birthday Party!!

As the invitation read, we did indeed have a big party and of course Kylee was surprised mainly because she is ONE and doesn't know what is going on!!! Nonetheless, she had a GRAND time, walking around from table to table with a soggy cheeto in her hand, smiling and playing with all the kids!! She loved the attention and all the people at HER house!!

I think she new something was going on the day off because we had all the tables and chairs set up and she would walk around and point at things!! :)

She wanted the cupcake so bad that she was grabbing at the flame and she screamed when I took it away. All of this happened while they were singing. Hindsight is don't let her have it until the candle is out!! That's what I get for being a first time mom!! Or like Brianne said "Any normal kid would be in awe that all these people are staring at me and singing." But not Kylee, she wanted the cake!!

Is it here to stay??

Kylee got to sport her new wind breaker today because it was a little chilly outside!! Is FALL and the cold weather here to stay??? OR Will it hide itself and wait another month until it stays chilly???

Well, I'm no Weather Girl so I really don't know, but I do know Kylee sure enjoyed playing outside in her little jacket.

Well, that is after we got over our crying/hysterically/no breathing/big tears kind of crying because I would not let her play with the camera!! I know; I'm such a mean mother!!

But I think the throwing a fight has reared it's ugly head!! Not just little crying, but it is immediately to hysterical over anything that doesn't go her way!!

Abilene Zoo

This same weekend a year ago, mom and Brianne and the kids went to the Abilene Zoo, but I was too scared to go out of town only being a week from my due date!! But this year Kylee and I made the trip. It was a lot of fun!! The Abilene Zoo is just the right size for us; we can get through it in about an hour and a half.
