Halloween Events

How exciting this Halloween was!!! Of course, you know why. It was Kylee's FIRST!!!! She was a pumpkin. I had bought the outfit a while back, not knowing if she would even be big enough to wear it, and yep, it fit her pretty good!! Yeah, for my little growing girl!!

Thursday night, we went with Addi and Karter trick-or-treating around some houses out here in Wall because Friday night, was Jason's Great Uncle's 80th birthday party that we would be going to. I think that is right. Correct me if I am wrong, Susan!!! Also, we went to our friends Ray and Jaymie's house. They used to go to church with us, but had a Halloween party every year, well they were kind of enough to invite us to it again this year. We had a lot of fun. And Jason and this little boy Caden won the pumpkin carving contest. :)

That pretty much sums up our Halloween. I guess we are going to go get ready to watch the BIG Football Game tonight!!!

Lots to Post=Lots of Pictures

Wow, it has been a week since I posted last, and a lot has happened since then. This may be a long post with lots of pictures.

Kylee went to her 1st Wall Hawk Football game the other night. She can not fit in to any of her green and white clothes, so she was dressed in pink. You can't see her outfit, but we were keeping her covered up because it was a little chilly. But she did great, and many times she was just wide awake. I think she was curious in all the noises. Dad kept saying, "I think she likes the band!!!" :)

This is her one month old picture. I am so excited because she is finally starting to fit into some of her cute outfits, instead of just onesie's!!

Kylee and Cousin Addi!!! Addi absolutely adores her!! I can't wait. They are the same amount apart in years as Brianne and I are. Addisyn called me on the phone the other day and immediately asks, "What Kylee doin'?" She is precious to me!!

I made her a little Halloween bucket for her candy when we go trick-or-treating!!! It is really little, but I couldn't find a larger orange bucket!!

I finally got 2 of my Uppercase Living orders done!! I still have one that says Holik, Est. 2006 that I am going to hang outside. I think they turned out pretty good. This one is in our bedroom.

This is a Christmas decoration for the house somewhere. I love decorating for Christmas!!

And last but not least, since Addi got her picture on the page, here is Cousin Karter!! He is a mess!! Just look at his shirt!! Drenched with slobber, and dirt!!

My mom and I took Kylee to get her pictures taken at Sears yesterday.  They actually turned out pretty good.

INCREDIBLE. This is INCREDIBLE!!

This was Dr. Patyrak's reaction to how much Kylee weighs now!! We had our 2 week check-up today, but she is really nearly 3 weeks (on Thursday).

She weighs 7 lbs. 12 oz. and 19 1/2 inches long!!!

She was 6 lbs. 8 oz. when she was born, and she went home from the hospital at 6 lbs. 3 oz.!! He could not believe that she had gained that much weight in the short amount of time. He said, "You are breastfeeding like you have already had 2 or 3 kids." So that is a GREAT thing I guess. I asked him if it was to much, and he said "NO, this is great"!!! My dad already called me a MILK COW!!!

Praise the Lord for a healthy 2 week check-up!!

Romans Bible Study

I just wanted to share these 2 points. This month in our Sunday School class we are doing a study over some chapters in Romans.  I just love Romans.  Here are some great points that were made this week in our lesson.

"Our sin is so bad because God is so good.  His perfection magnifies the greatness of our sin."

"For just as through one man's disobedience the many were made sinners, so also through one man's obedience the many will be made righteous!"

NEW COMPUTER....

is on the way!! Yes, I finally ordered a computer for the house, since it has been about 6 weeks or so since the last one crashed.  Hopefully, it will be here either this week or next week. And I will be able to update a lot more often.  I have been going to my parents and Jason's parents to use their computers. :)

Kylee is doing good!! Our eating schedule isn't as good as when we first came home from the hospital.  I think we are both still adjusting to everything.  She sometimes wants to eat only on one side, and she is dead asleep, and doesn't want to wake up and eat on the other side, and then in about an hour or so, she is hungry. Well, of course, she should be hungry because she didn't eat enough.  Did any of y'all have problems with this? We are working on that though. Most of the time she goes 3 hours though.  The nights aren't bad; she is already getting better about going back to sleep after she eats.  

She is only 2 weeks old and she already pushes off with her legs on your stomach, and arches her back when upset. :)  I definitely think she has Jason's  personality or TEMPER.  She gets angry really easy. 

I go back to the doctor tomorrow, and then Kylee goes to the doctor next Tuesday.  

One more question: Does anyone know how to make stretch marks not itch? I am itching them like crazy?
