Our Weekend

Our weekend was full!

On Friday, we went to the Homecoming Pep Rally. Kylee wore her mum again for the 3rd year. She said next year she wanted a new one! :) I think that's pretty good to get 3 years out of one mum! Jaxon's not interested in any of that stuff; he just wants to run and stir up dirt with his new, light up teeny shoes!! And check out Maggie's cute shorts!! :)

We went to the game that night! And they won; although we only made it to half time!! But, what do you expect with 3 little ones!!

On Saturday, the whole fam went to a wedding, and we had a good time, and then when it was time to leave this little girl got lost! I wasn't real worried about her, but we couldn't find her for about 3 or 4 minutes. Guess where we found her? On the dance floor!! Silly girl!!

She sure enjoyed the cake too!!

On Sunday afternoon, Kylee and I went to a Sundae Social for TWIN baby boys! It was right up my sweet, tooth, girl's alley! So blessed to witness the journey these two baby boys have come along.  It involves two of my girlfriends from high school; one being a surrogate mother for the other. How awesome is that! Seeing and hearing these experience this is truly amazing.

Small Town USA

Enjoyed a Friday evening watching my favorite team. Decked out in green, running crazy with the cousins, and getting dirty makes for a great night of fun for our kids!! Doesn't take much I tell ya!

And Maggie officially said "Wall Hawk"! She might be the earliest! :)

That's my Girl!

My soon to be 5 year old pushes my limits to no ends, and I desperately want to deny the fact that she is a lot like me.

But, she is.

She made a matching game the other day with my scrapbooking supplies. It was pretty good idea.

And, I am proud to say, she threw two, last minute parties over the past couple weeks. She threw a swim party and invited cousins, and she had a Popsicle party and invited Uncle Josh, and Popsie, and Mimi. :)  I walked outside one day, and they were all sitting on the picnic tables eating popsicles. That silly girl!

Day Trip

Mom and I headed to the fabric shop in Kerrville because there was a pieced quilt top she bought there 3 years ago, and now, Brianne wants to use that for Lexi's bedding, and mom was hoping they might still have the coordinating fabrics.  Yeah Right!!

But, they had tons of other beautiful fabrics that made my heart skip a beat!! These in particular took my breath away.

That happens to me a lot when I am out and about.  It's pretty easy to predict when it will happen. Cute scrapbook papers get me every time, cupcake wrappers too, and cute picture frames get me every time, but seeing rows and rows of pretty fabrics just put me over the top!!

Recently, when we went to Round Rock, Brianne and I were walking quickly not really stopping in any stores, and she saw the "Fossil" store before I did, and she grabbed my hand to brace me, right as I was turning my head towards the store front windows!! I literally "gasped" at the beauty of the purses and wallets!!! It was so funny, we both laughed, but she knew what my reaction was going to be!!

Anyways, mom ended up getting some that will match, and I bought a piece of laminated fabric to make Kylee a purse since she's been carrying mine around. We'll see!

Wedgies are Bad.

Wedgies are bad, but what's worse is when your son lifts up the back of your dress in church.

Luckily, only a few old ladies were laughing.

Labor Day Laughs!!
