Writing Letters

Kylee decided she wanted to write a letter to Aunt Hay Hay tonight about how she is being nice to everyone at school!

I hope it's true! :)

Mornings

Mornings are glorious out here.

Especially for bike rides and stroller rides.

Fall is Football

We cheered on our teams this weekend! I love the start of fall!!

Maggie will always be my go-getter, and loud spirited cheerleader! :)

My calm cheerleader!

I could eat this boy up! That smile kills me!

We ended up catching TWO footballs at the SAME time! These boys were pretty excited! Jaxon was way more interested in the game then he's ever been. I mean he's only 4, so that's probably why, but he thought it was so cool, how they were "hitting" each other in the run through tunnel, and who was kicking the ball off, and who the quarterback was! He'll be a pro in no time! ;)

I'm real excited too; we actually stayed until the 4th quarter, and I didn't even have Jason to help! Last year, we would only make it to half time because the kids were just tired of it. I think the older they are that helps, and having the cousins there helps too! So yay for making it to the end of the game one of these years!

And, we cheered on them Cowboys! Ugh! Seriously! How can they be so bad? Oh, yeah, Jerry Jones. :)

At least, the kids looked cute!

Weird Kids Photos

We started back to our Bible Study this week. I was hoping for a cute picture of them.

But I had forgotten, and my mother, reminded me, that all my kids went through this horrible smiling phase. And guess, who's in it now?

Sweet Mags! She doesn't know what to do with herself. And Jaxon has adopted the new no teeth, straight smile. Silly kids!

Jaxon's shirt had buttons on it! When will he figure out he doesn't want to wear stuff like that? :) I'm getting him a vest to wear for our family pictures. We'll see how that goes! :)

My School Girl

Kylee loves school! I was pretty sure she would, but it's written all over her face when I pick her up, and she tells us EVERYTHING! Which I love!

She's the teacher "errand girl" because she knows how to get to the office. Through 2 gray doors, and down a green hallway! Ha! She's named two girls in her class that she has become friends with, she plays with Emma on the playground, and she sees cousin Karter, and Sierra at recess too! AND one day she saw Addi as was so excited! :)

I think this week they will get to go the pep rally so she'll be happy about that!

Her favorite thing is "track day", and she likes writing she said!

Kids.

These kids....

They need me. I need them.

They are my dreams.

They make me happy.

They try me, anger me, and confuse me.

They are answers to my prayers.

They are everything I ever hoped for.

They are my life.

They are my everything.

Reward Toys

I don't like reward toys.

I don't really know who mentioned it to them they would get a toy for being good at the wedding. I'm sure Jason or I, but we don't really remember. They could have made it for all we know.

Anyways, after much whining and asking to go "get the toy", like immediately after the ceremony... which wasn't going to be possible. And then it started again before church on Sunday Morning, and after church. Aggghhh!

That's one of the reasons I don't like reward toys. :) Another reason is, I think they should act right without any reward, just because I said to. Whatever the case, we won't be doing that again, but they did really good in the wedding, so I don't feel so bad!

Anyways, we finally got them, and they all picked something reasonably cheap, which was good. And they all picked something I didn't think they would. So that was cool.

And they have played with these particular toys a lot!
