Sorry it's been so long. I definetely have stuff to blog about just haven't had the motivation. I think it's the end of the school thing. Here is a bulleted update:

* Two weekends ago, I went to the state Track Meet in Austin. I love the state track meet; my parents always took us when we were young, so it is always a good time. Christoval had 3 athletes competing. They did well. My mom had one girl running there, so she was also in Austin at the same time. How convenient because in Round Rock they have an awesome outlet mall!!! So we went there one afternoon, and we both got lots of stuff for the new baby girl. And we stopped by Barton Creek mall on the way home as well. It made for a great weekend with mama!!!

* Mother's Day went fabulous. Most of us think we have the best mom in the world. I of course think the same. And Jason did get me flowers for my first mother's day!!!

*I am week 21 in the pregnancy, so over half way. That is exciting. Last week was the first week I consistently felt her move. It is an awesome feeling. And I am so happy.

*The name search is going not to well. Jason never would be serious enough for a long time with names. Now, I tell him the names I like and he doesn't like them. And he is stuck on one and I am stuck on one, and neither of us will budge. But I really can't decide if he is serious or not, so I don't know. We will let y'all know as soon as we get one figured out.

*I am in the process of planning many little trips this summer with mom and Brianne. Nothing big, just stuff. We are going on a family vacation at Lake Buchanan. I think. I need to go make those reservations.

*Oh yeah, Jason's birthday is this coming Sunday, May 25th!!! He will be 24 years old!!! We will have to celebrate, even though he hates celebrating!!! :)

Tickled Pink...It's a Girl!!!

YEP!! IT'S A GIRL!!! WE ARE SO EXCITED. THE SONOGRAM LADY CHECKED SEVERAL DIFFERENT ANGLES, AND SEVERAL DIFFERENT TIMES, AND SHE SAW THE 3 LINES THAT SIGNIFY A GIRL!!! AND EVERYTHING ELSE IS IN PLACE AND HEALTHY. THE LOOK FOR 4 CHAMBERS IN THE HEART AND THE SKULL AND SPINE. EVERYTHING LOOKED GREAT!!!

PRAISE THE LORD, FOR HEALTHY BABIES, AND LITTLE GIRLS!!

OH YEAH, AND HER AND ADDI WILL BE 2 YEARS, 9 MONTHS APART. AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT BRIANNE AND I WERE!!! THEY WILL BE LIKE SISTERS. :)

By this last picture, no one is even looking at her. She is just laughing. So cute!!!

Boy or Girl???

That is the question!! We find out what we are having in less than a week. I am so excited and really nervous at the same time. We go in this coming Monday, May 5!!!!!! YEAH!!!! Hopefully the baby will be cooperative, and we will know what we are having, so I can buy this baby something. We haven't bought it anything yet!!! :) And of course more than anything, we pray that the baby will be absolutely healthy!!! That's it for now!!

BUSY, BUSY, BUSY

I have to apologize again. I must confess I am a horrible blogger. I love checking all of y'alls blogs. I just have a hard time posting on mine. Anyways, it is definitely a busy time of the year right now. I am trying to plan our schools FIELD DAY, and get kids ready to compete at Little Olympics. This takes a lot of time, and right now I am missing at least 2 days of school a week for track meets, workshops, and doctor appointments. So I am cramming every minute I am at school to get all of this done.

Anyone, out there involved in the school system have good ideas for Field Day's. I pretty much have ours planned; it is just finalizing everything, but I am up for any ideas to improve it.

Here are a few pictures Jason took of me the other night. I am definetly showing when I wear t-shirt and shorts. And I am starting to wear maternity clothes all the time now. I don't know if I need to, but I can't fit into regular clothes, so bring on the maternity clothes. :) I am 17 weeks and go to the doctor Monday. Hopefully he will schedule us to come at 20 weeks to find out what it is!!! Yeah!! It is getting close to telling, and that makes me super excited and nervous all at the same time. Everything is going great so far. We know we are truly being blessed.

Give me a Bed

I literally just laid my head down on my desk during my conference, and fell asleep for 10 minutes. You ask what the reason for my sleepiness is. Starting on Tuesday, I have had all the phases of a cold. Started as a sore throat, coughing at night, runny nose, now it has progessed to a stuffy nose that won't blow. Anyways, I didn't get home until midnight Wednesday night from the track meet, and as tired as I was I couldn't sleep because I was coughing so much. So I got like 4 hours of sleep. Last night, I went to bed at 10 and couldn't sleep because I couldn't breath my nose is so stopped up. So I went to the couch at 12 because I was annoying Jason, and got a few hours of sleep there. I am the kind of person who needs at least 8 hours of sleep a night. So I can not wait til I can go home and get in bed!!!

As you know, Karter was in the hospital for Easter, so this last Sunday Addi wore her Easter dress again, and they had a few Easter pictures taken as a family. Addi is in the phase of you ask to take a picture, and I'll run and scream and definitely not smile so be glad she's in them!:) And on the other hand, as you can see, Karter is as happy as he can be!!!
